Hot Weather Policy
In the event that the outside temperature is or is forecasted to be 99 degrees or higher at 4 pm of the event date, ALL PRACTICES AND GAMES, IN ALL AGE GROUPS ARE CANCELLED
In the event that the outside temperature is or is forecasted to be less than 99 degrees but higher than 95 degrees at 4 pm of the event date, the following policy applies:
Practices:
U6, U8, U10 - All Practices are Cancelled
U12 and up – It is the Coaches discretion. We do however require a shortened practice, with frequent water breaks.
Games:
U6 & U8 - All Games are cancelled and may be rescheduled.
U10 and up - This will be at the discretion of both coaches and the center referee. All three must agree on this decision. In the event that the game is played, some modification may be instituted, with all parties agreeing (split halves for 3 minute water breaks, shorter halves, open substitutions). In this case, the center referee, and both team coaches must agree prior to start of game.
